What is sexual violence?
Everybody has a right to relationships and sexuality.
Affection and sexuality are nice.
But only if you want it.
Nobody is allowed to touch you, if you don’t want it.
Nobody is allowed to force you into something sexual.
You are allowed to defend yourself.
Every woman is allowed to say no.
Every woman is allowed seek help.
You are allowed to talk about it.
Even if somebody told you not to.
If you experienced something awful, then come to us.
You can talk to us.
The Frauennotruf Bielefeld is a counselling center for women who experienced sexual violence.
We have a lot of knowledge with this topic.

How to reach us
If you sit in a wheelchair, we will counsel you in rooms that are accessible for you.
Please tell us before the appointment.
If you can’t hear or are hearing-impaired, then send a Fax or an Email.
Or ask somebody else to do that for you.
Every woman has rights
- Nobody is allowed to offend or insult women.
- Nobody is allowed to be violent towards women.
- Nobody is allowed to force women into something sexual.
Women with disabilities have the same rights as all other women.
You can seek help.
