Securing of evidence separately from a police report in Bielefeld (ASS)
After (attempted) rape, most girls or women find themselves in an absolutely exceptional situation. We encourage all girls and women to not stay alone in this situation, but to seek help. For example, this concerns psychological/emotional relief and support. A medical examination and a combined securing of evidence are important as well. Some gynaecologists offer this for their patients. Examination and securing of evidence are also possible in all three hospitals in Bielefeld: anytime, round the clock and on the weekends! Important to know: If the securing of evidence is done separately from a police report, the police will not be informed if the affected person doesn’t want that! Therefore, the women has time to make her decision for or against filing a police report. We are happy to help you with this very personal decision.
